How to care for an Amethyst:

1) Avoid long exposure to sunlight.

2) Brush away dusts with a soft brush material.

3) Avoid cleansing with water unless the teeth are filled with dusts and oil particles.

4) Clean its teeth one by one with a soft cloth. Take this time as a form of connection or relaxation. Set intentions while cleansing an Amethyst.
