1. Booking & Payment

All Tarot consultations are by appointment only.

Sessions are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Payment is required upfront at the time of booking to secure your slot. This helps prevent last‑minute cancellations and protects the time and energy we set aside for your reading.
How we arrange a reading

You reach out via WhatsApp (primary), Instagram DM, email. We recommend WhatsApp.

We agree on:

Session type / duration

Date and time
-
Online or in-person (if applicable)

We send you the payment details.

Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation message with:

Your appointment date and time

Platform / location
-
Any preparation notes (if needed)

If payment is not made within 30 minutes of receiving payment details, the slot may be released to another client.
Boundary note around booking and payment
Attempts to hold or “reserve” multiple time slots without payment, repeatedly asking for exceptions to the upfront payment policy, or pressuring for last‑minute changes after confirmation may be considered boundary‑pushing, and Alma Consultancy Pte Ltd may decline or discontinue the booking.
2. No-Refund Policy
All Tarot consultations are non-refundable.
Once payment is made and your session is confirmed, no refunds will be issued, including for:

Change of mind

Discomfort with messages received during the reading

Disagreement with the insights or guidance
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, you will be offered:

A rescheduled session at another available time, or
-
A refund only if we are unable to provide a replacement session within a reasonable timeframe.
Boundary note around refunds
Repeatedly requesting refunds, discounts, or free follow-up sessions after the reading - especially when this no‑refund policy has been clearly communicated - will be treated as boundary‑pushing and may affect our ability to continue working together.
3. Post-Session Messaging & “Text Dumping”
To maintain clear energetic boundaries and a sustainable way of working, we have specific guidelines around communication after your Tarot reading.

Any brief follow‑up clarification on logistics (for example: rescheduling, tech or link issues)

It does not include:

Repeated attempts to pick our brains or seek additional insight outside of the booked consultation time

Ongoing back‑and‑forth messages that push us to expend more mental and emotional energy after your session has ended

Sending long paragraphs to “unpack” your situation and ask for more reading or analysis after the session

Ongoing emotional counselling or crisis support beyond your paid consultation
-
Day‑to‑day life updates and venting sent outside of a scheduled session
-
Long, overwhelming “text dumps” seeking comfort, therapy, or decision‑making on your behalf outside of paid consultation hours
-
If you need more support or clarity after the reading, you are welcome to book a new session or seek other suitable professional support (for example: therapy or counselling) where appropriate.
Boundary note around messaging (Tarot readings)
Any use of WhatsApp or other channels to repeatedly obtain more reading, emotional processing, or decision‑making support outside of booked sessions will be treated as outside the scope of service and as boundary‑pushing. If this continues after reminders of the policy, Alma Consultancy Pte Ltd may decline future bookings or discontinue the working relationship.
4. Client Fit & Behaviour
Alma Consultancy Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline or discontinue a Tarot reading if:

A client is disrespectful, abusive, manipulative, or harassing

There is a clear pattern of boundary‑pushing or entitlement, including:

Ignoring stated policies around payment, refunds, or messaging
-
Repeated attempts to fish for additional information or “squeeze” extra reading time outside of paid consultation hours (for example: follow‑up questions, spread interpretations, or mini‑readings via WhatsApp after the session)

Using WhatsApp as ongoing emotional counselling or crisis support instead of Tarot guidance (for example: frequent venting, long emotional text dumps, or expecting us to process your emotions and make decisions for you)

The nature of the questions is outside our ethical scope (for example: medical, legal, financial, or third‑party spying questions)
We work best with clients who:

Are open, curious, and willing to take responsibility for their choices

Understand that Tarot is a tool for insight, reflection, and guidance

Do not expect fortune‑telling guarantees or “fix me” answers
If we feel we are not a good fit, we may gently suggest that you work with someone else. In cases where we decide to terminate a session very early due to misalignment or unsafe behaviour, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. Otherwise, the standard no‑refund policy applies.

By booking a Tarot consultation with Alma Consultancy Pte Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to all of the policies above, including boundaries around booking, payment, messaging, and client behaviour.
