Introduction: No Refund Policy & Class Rescheduling Terms

At Purac Soul, we strive to maintain the highest quality in our programs by setting clear expectations and ensuring smooth operations. To uphold this standard, we operate under a strict no-refund policy and specific class rescheduling terms. These policies are designed to ensure fairness to all participants and the seamless management of our courses.

We strongly encourage students to carefully review their schedules and commitments before enrolling, as all payments are final and non-refundable unless a class is canceled by the organizer. Rescheduling is permitted under certain conditions but is subject to availability and limitations.

Please read the following terms in detail to fully understand our policies and your responsibilities as a participant. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Group Learning Programs

1) Tarot For Beginners: A Comprehensive Foundation Program

2) Advanced Tarot Program: Become an Expert Tarot Reader

Both Group Learning programs operate under a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, all fees are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the class is cancelled by the organizer.

In the event that a student cannot attend the class on their registered date, they may request a transfer to the next available class dates, subject to the following conditions:

Rescheduling Notice:

• Students who request a reschedule will be informed of seat availability 3 days before the upcoming class date they wish to attend.

• Priority is given to new registrations, and rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Limited Rescheduling:

• Students are allowed to reschedule their class only once.

• Rescheduling beyond the first instance is not encouraged, and repeated changes will result in additional fees.

Second Cancellation Policy:

• If a student cancels or does not attend the rescheduled class, their previously paid program fee will be forfeited.

• To join a new class date, the student must pay an additional $400.

Minimum Enrolment Requirement:

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a class if we do not achieve a minimum of two registrations.

• Students will be informed of any class cancellation at least 4 days before the scheduled class date.

• In the event of a class cancellation, students will have the option to transfer to the next available class dates or receive a full refund of the program fees.

We encourage all students to commit to their registered class dates to maximize their learning experience. Please carefully consider your availability before enrolling in the program.

Additional Policy for 1–1 Tarot Program Clients (WhatsApp Support)

For clients in our 1–1 program, Tarot For Beginners: A Comprehensive Program (6G), WhatsApp support is an important part of the learning container.

To keep it focused, sustainable, and beneficial for both sides, please note:

• Purpose of WhatsApp support
  WhatsApp is strictly for Tarot-related learning and guidance, such as:

  • Questions about spreads, card meanings, and interpretation

  • Clarification on homework, practice readings, and course materials

  • Integrating Tarot techniques into your reading style

• What WhatsApp support is not for
  WhatsApp is not a space for:

  • Ongoing emotional counselling or crisis support

  • Day-to-day life updates and venting

  • Long, overwhelming “text dumps” seeking comfort, therapy, or decision-making on your behalf

  If you need emotional or therapeutic support beyond Tarot learning, we gently encourage you to seek a qualified therapist, counsellor, or support professional.

• Boundaries & termination of program
  To protect the integrity of the container and our capacity to show up well for all students:

  • Repeated disregard of these boundaries may lead to a review of our fit for working together.

  • Alma Consultancy Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate the program if the WhatsApp channel is consistently used in ways that fall outside the agreed learning scope.

  • In such cases, there will be no refund, as time, energy, and access to materials would already have been provided.
