   • Estimated delivery times:

     • Standard Shipping: 5-30 business days

     • Expedited Shipping: 2-14 business days

   • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Fees

   • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method.

   • Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

   • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp Text with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Locally, you should receive a tracking link via WhatsApp text.

5. Undeliverable Packages

   • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

   • In the event of a lost or delayed shipment, please WhatsApp contact us with your order number at 89501383. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other external factors. We are sorry about this. 

7. International Shipping
